For those that don’t know about Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson’s background, prepare to have your mind blown. Phil was the starting quarterback for Louisiana Tech back in the day. Phil actually was the starting quarterback over Hall-of-Famer Terry Bradshaw. Phil even garnered the attention of the NFL after his junior year, but declined entry to the NFL draft because it “interfered with hunting season.” Wrap your heads around that. Who would have ever thought that bearded duck slayer was such an athlete?
